FRANKLIN BOOT CAMP POLICY

•  We reserve the right to cancel a session (usually when fewer than 6 people are signed up for a class). In this case, anyone who has paid will receive a full refund.

•  Class will be held rain or shine; unless notified.

•  You will NOT be reimbursed or credited for any missed classes. It's your FULL responsibility to make the most out of the 5-week session. THERE IS NO ROLLING OVER, MAKING UP OR MOVING ANY MISSED CLASSES TO ANOTHER 5 WEEK SESSION. NO EXCEPTIONS!

•  There's NO REFUND once a payment has been processed. However, a class credit may be given for special reasons (serious medical [required doctor's note] or emergency matters) with proper notice.

•  You must sign the waiver and health history forms and make a full payment PRIOR to starting the session. You will be charged a $20 late payment fee if we do not receive your payment by the start date.

•  All returned checks will incur a $25 fee.

•  LATE PAYMENTS : Payments must be made at the start date of the session. Returning clients lose ALL discount privileges if late on payment (e.g. that means paying the regular rate instead of discount rate). New clients incur a $20 late fee.

•  Sign-up with friends discount is available only to new bootcampers.

•  Discounts can only be used toward enrollment in full 5 week sessions only.

•  You need to make every effort to be on time for each class.
